Is normally a two day course. There is theory and confined water (swimmingpool or shallow water). You also need to do 2 dives in the ocean.
The maximum depth is 12 meters and you need to be older than 10 years.
If you want to upgrade this course to a Open Water course you can do that any time.
Day 1: Theory in the classroom; with Open water video, discussion with the instructor, questions and quises.
Practise in the swimmingpool or calm waters with different skills so that you will feel safe in the ocean.
Day 2: 2 Dives at the best divesites in the area with the local diveboat. The first dive is normally from the beach that will get you started slowly.
Including in the course is; the books, equipment for rent, lunch and drinks during the boat days, transfer to all activities, insurance, instructor and a certification when you have fulfilled all qualifications.
