Our Payment conditions!

1. A 20 % Transferable deposit is required to secure your booking.

For cancellation where where siamdiving need to pay a fee to the bank when return or have received the money. Then we take the fee from the deposit before return the money.

2. Cancellation before two weeks prior the trip starts. There will be no cancellation charge.

3. Cancellation two weeks until 3 days before the trip start. We will charge 20 % of the price.

4. Cancellation less than three days before the trip start. We will charge 100 % of the price.

5. Full payment will be required prior to the trip starts at the divecenter upon arrival. In case of cancellation by the customer the above conditions will apply.

6. If the divers have not dived within the past year they must take either a refresher course or a day dive trip. This require a one or two days earlier arrival to Khao Lak.

7. Customers must arrive at the latest 3pm. the day before the departure for your M/V Nangnuan liveaboard trip. In order to register and be fitted with equipment.

8. If customers are doing a diving course they must arrive one day before the start of the course to register for the course, receive the course materials and have time to study. If they have their own materials and have read and completed the relevant knowledge reviews for the course, then it is acceptable to arrive on the course start date.

9. Certification card MUST be shown before departure.

10. Certain medication and/or illnesses are not compatible with diving. We reserve the right to refuse a diving place to any customer who, in our opinion, may fit into this category.
