Is normally a four day course. There is theory and confined water (swimmingpool). You also need to do 4 dives in the ocean.
The maximum depth is 18 meters and you need to be older than 10 years (under 15 years you can dive maximum 12 meters).
Day 1: Theory in the classroom; with Open water video, discussion with the instructor, questions and exam.
Day 2: Practise in the swimmingpool with different skills so that you will feel safe in the ocean.
Day 3 & 4: 4 Dives at the best divesites in the area with a speedboat. The first dive is normally from the beach that will get you started slowly.
Including in the course is; the books, equipment for rent, lunch and drinks during the boat days, transfer to all activities, insurance, instructor and a certification when you have fulfilled all qualifications.
